本案試圖對傳統的辦公室類型提出以下疑問:

辦公室的結構是否已準備好用於靈活的工作流程和合約？

對於那些渴望創建自己的職業和社交網絡的人來說，共同工作空間是否有成為加速器的可能？

建築能否為改善資本化世界中的社會生活水平做出貢獻?

本案將時間預設於不久後的將來，區塊鏈的發展使自由職業成為主流。

辦公室將不再遵循過去的白盒子模式，實現最大化的彈性使用，使共同工作也能夠在充滿綠意的美好空間進行。

來自不同領域的未來工人也將能夠共同生活，聚會，學習和工作。

共同工作空間將具有穩定的私人空間和公共區域，使人們能在此開發新技能並建立新的關係。

靈活的室內空間是可定制的，可容納從單個自由職業者到數十人的公司。

公共區域包括大型展演空間、活動室、公共廚房、客廳、休閒區、會議區、游泳池……甚至提供商務用的旅館與洗衣間。

私人和公共空間既靈活又能夠隨著住宿者的變化而發展。

所有空間均由垂直走廊和景觀露台相連，在不同私人領域之間建立游牧般的生產網絡。

可以在需要時關閉私人空間，或是朝向公共空間的邊界開放。

The co-working complex will feature a mixture of stable spaces and communal areas where the workers will be able to develop new skills and establish new relationships. The flexible indoor space is customizable to accommodate from single freelancer up to a company with tens of people.

Communal areas include event rooms, public kitchens, living rooms, leisure areas, swimming pools…, capsule bedrooms, laundries for short-term trips…, and the bottom floor will be opened for public events. Private and public spaces are both flexible and able to evolve as the accommodator changes.

All spaces are connected by vertical corridors and balconies to create a nomadic production network between different fields of workers.
